At SpareHub.lk, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following refund and cancellation guidelines carefully.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by:

Calling us directly on +94 714267620.

Sending a written cancellation email from the same email address used to place the order.

We will not accept cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched.

If Order Has Already Been Dispatched

If the order has already been handed over to the courier, cancellation will no longer be possible.

If the customer still wishes to return the item:

The return courier cost will be borne by the customer.

Refunds will be processed only after the item is received at our warehouse in its original, unopened condition without any damage.

Refund Processing

Refunds will take approximately 5 business days from the date of approval, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable, as they are considered handling charges.

If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, or opened a refund will not be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, custom orders, or electrical parts are non-returnable unless faulty on arrival.
